CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Infant Teacher Aide
This is a year round, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm position.
This position will work with students 6 weeks - 10 months old.


Ideal candidates will possess the following:
  • Prior classroom experience 
  • Basic knowledge of Reggio or a desire to work in that type of environment
  • Understands what is age appropriate as far as goals, classroom dynamics and communication
  • Ability to problem solve, effectively plan, organize and execute educational activities
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Calm and patient nature with a desire to learn and grow; must be flexible and able to handle change
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Enjoys working in a team environment, and is willing to go above and beyond what is required and assist others whenever possible
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written- must be comfortable with daily communication to parents
  • Participate in ongoing development and evaluation of TLC’s goals and believe in TLC’s mission
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • High school/GED diploma is required

Center Float
This is a year round, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm position.
This position will work with students 6 weeks - 5 years old.
